Can you please report what the op_endpoint value is in the redirect back to the bugtracker? It will be part of the URL, following the string "&openid.op_endpoint="

Supposedly, this is incorrect, indicating that some cheating happened. Delegates work fine (in general) in the Python bug tracker.
