According to the PIL handbook at:
http://www.pythonware.com/library/pil/handbook/image.htm
you can do the following transposes:
FLIP_LEFT_RIGHT
FLIP_TOP_BOTTOM
ROTATE_90
ROTATE_180
ROTATE_270
