Don't worry about it.  Let's take a look at a few lines:

You might want to strip off the newlines within ok, as a preparation step
for the searching later on, because that will make:

>          sf = string.find(string.lower(i), string.lower(j[:-1]))


    sf = string.find(string.lower(i), string.lower(j))

which is a little simpler.  Otherwise, I think it looks great.
