Canvas has a .postscript method:

In [8]: print c.postscript.__doc__
Print the contents of the canvas to a postscript
        file. Valid options: colormap, colormode, file, fontmap,
        height, pageanchor, pageheight, pagewidth, pagex, pagey,
        rotate, witdh, x, y.
