[Tutor] Open *.chm from pythonwin

Dear All,

can someone explain me, how '*.chm' files, like 'C:
\Python22\Doc\ActivePython.chm'
can be openned from command promt, VIM, or simple from pythonwin at a
topic?

It means that, i cant set the argument of hh.exe well, :(
