[Tutor] Curses for Windows

I have found a curses library for Win32 0s/2 and
others I believe including OS/X it is called
PDCurses for PublicDomainCurses I found it on
sourceforge. just look it up.  However I'm not sure if
it's compatible with ncurses which makes me wonder if
it'll work with the exsisting curses.py module.  I
have thought of writing a module for this however I do
not know any C.  Maybe in the future.
