I think there are a few on CGI under PWS onthe web. Obviously 
python just follows the usual CGI route. 

PWS supports ASP, and Mark Hammond's book shows how to write 
ASP using Python with winall.

But I no longer have access to PWS so can't provide details.
MSDN has numerous articles on PWS however.
