[Tutor] sys.argv[1: ] help

Scratch that!  *grin* Sorry, meant to write that the test.cmd should
contain:

###
python test.py %*
###


Darn it, but I don't have a Windows box handy to test this.  Can someone
double check this to make sure I haven't screwed up again?
