[Tutor] Python challenge

I looked at this and got stuck on the first one :-
  http://www.pythonchallenge.com/pc/def/0.html
  It says try changing the url.
  I assumed that it either meant 2*38 or 2 to the power of 38 but I can't see how to put either of those in the url.
  
  What have I missed ?
