[Tutor] httpFetch Usage

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get some info on the funtion httpFetch. Its
being imported and used in a file I am adding code to and I would like to
understand what it does. An example of its usage:

response = httpFetch.httpFetch(url, sessionID, someValue)
