[Tutor] help requested: port not free, under Windows XP

Thank you Rick (and Alan) for your suggestions which I forwarded to
Catherine, would-be-user of Crunchy Frog.  Apparently Catherine was using
port 8080 as a proxy server; changing it made everything work.  This also
tells me that I should use a different number as a default.

I'll now go back to just being a reader of this list, with some rare
attempts at answering questions.
