[Tutor] How to know which module the function belongs to...??

I tried to use getchar()... But I dont know which module it belongs (this I
came to know when I encountered an error)..!!

Is there a good documentation by which we can search both ways... Look at
modules as well as search for a particular function and locate which module
it belongs to...
