[Tutor] dependencies

I already installed pyzo. The query was more about this general
business of dependencies. I don't see the dependency that failed on
the scipy page, and this is not the first time I've installed
something and it only mentions a dependency is missing during the
install, but not on the download page. I'm just wondering if I'm
missing something obvious, or there is something I should know that I
don't.
