[Tutor] Why is Quick Search at docs.Python.org so useless?

Not a fix, but I for one always start at the index:

   https://docs.python.org/3/genindex.html

(or the python 2 version) for ad hoc stuff.

For speed and convenience I always have a fairly current copy of the docs on my 
desktop, making browsing them near instant.
