[Tutor] Identifying V3 examples

It's hard to guess without seeing examples.

Some tutorial sites (including mine) have v3 versions. But libraries 
take longer to update,
especially since writing documentation tends to be a non-favourite job...

Some libraries, such as Pillow, should be v3 since it was largely 
motivated by v3.
