Ran both the method
#!/usr/bin/env python
import cgi
import psycopg2
import sys
print """Content-type:text/html\r\n\r\n"""

<head>
<title>Hello Word - First CGI Program</title>

<h2>Hello Word! This is my first CGI program</h2>
