You could probably arrange it if you build your own, but there doesn't
seem much point.  I'm looking at a Windows system here with several
Python versions installed; for a recent Python, it takes 126,500kb of
which the two pieces related to compilation, libs and Include, take
2500kb - less than 2% of the total.
