Interesting point.
Why though (in this context), if these days "social media" is such a
corner-stone of young people's lives?
(quite aside from the issue of: 'you won't learn if I do your 'homework'
for you')
How would the conversation start, in-person?
As many will attest from personal experience, explaining a problem
involves re-assessment, which may actually obviate any enquiry to the
Discussion List, eg Empower [Comic]
