On the other hand, I wondered why I missed the activity of python sig.
Well, I just tried again.  Go to python.org.  Click search.  Type in
type-sig.  The first entry returned is "The Python type system SIG" at
	   http://www.python.org/sigs/types-sig/
The "latest proposals" on that page is postmarked Jan 2000.

Could some one fix this?   Or is this page frozen at Python's former home?
