Yes, the scgi package only has scgi modules for apache1 and apache2.  
It's a very simple protocol, so adding support for other servers  
isn't too hard.

Yes, it's a python module written in C, but I don't see why that  
would matter. I think you're probably already using a few other  
modules in the same category. :-)
