No, that's the place where you'd change it to set wsgi.multithread to
False. :)
If you want to make it *actually* multithreaded, you need to subclass
WSGIServer and mix in SocketServer.ThreadingMixIn, e.g.:
class MultiWSGI(ThreadingMixIn, WSGIServer):
