[Wheel-builders] Python 2.7, Python 3.5 on quay.io/pypa/manylinux1

Hey, everyone

I would like to build manylinux wheels for scikit-image v0.12.  At the
moment the default version of Python installed on that image is 2.4
(!), so I will need 2.6, 2.7, 3.4 and 3.5 to build a minimal set.

Do you have any experience in installing these?  I presume it cannot
easily be done via yum without a special outside repository?

Any advice appreciated!
