[Wheel-builders] manylinux1 vm image

Hi,

Is there a prebuilt vmware or virtualbox image similar to the manylinux1
docker image? I need to do some experimentation to figure out how to get
all of my package's dependencies in place and having a VM would make the
discovery somewhat easier.
