Hi all.

I am looking for a Winnipeg based web developer but I'm not having much
luck.

I am currently working on a university based project focused on structuring
and publishing research results in a non-traditional way.  I am looking to
move away from Drupal to a web framework solution to reduce increase
performance, increase flexibility and customizability.
