[Python Wpg] Python Winnipeg Meetup is starting up!

I sent a note to this list about 18 months ago explaining I'd created a
Meetup.com group for Python in Winnipeg and suggesting you consider
joining.  Many of you did.

We're finally getting that meetup going with our first event next week:

Due to limited space that meetup is already full.  I'll check to see how
many more we can squeeze in so some on the waitlist might get added.
