[XML-SIG] XML parser

Hi all,
	I'm new to the list and was wanting to use the XML parsers already
developed... I need to make a converter from XML to HTML and that is why
need a parser.  If anything has done something similar or could tell me
where to start from, that would be great.  Any software to do conversion
if has been written, please point me to it as I could then refer to it.
