[XML-SIG] XML package organization

This issue was raised a little while ago, but got no responses.  If
the tools are all going to be part of a Python package named 'XML',
how should the package be organized?  Into XML.DOM.something,
XML.SAX.something?  

	I'd really like to see some discussion of this, so that the
authors can start supporting this organization.

Well, to be fair I did have a couple of gadgets he probably didn't, like a
