[XML-SIG] bug report(+fix) : Python/XML release 0.5.1

One of the demos supplied, xml-0.5.1/demo/quotes/qtfmt.py, the line

p=saxexts.XMLParserFactory.make_parser("pyexpat")

raises an exception as saxexts.py cannot import the required module, 
I fixed it by changing the above line to :

p=saxexts.XMLParserFactory.make_parser("xml.sax.drivers.drv_pyexpat")

and the demo works ok.
