[XML-SIG] XML-Howto update

Y'day I found an update of Andrew's XML-Howto over the last
few days or weeks with some more new flesh added to the DOM 
sections, at least. Unfortunately, this update holds only 
for the individual HTML pages, not the other formats and not
even the bundled HTML pages. Can we expect this to change 
soon (so I don't have to print single pages right now)?
