[XML-SIG] yet another newbie

Hi all,

	I'm just starting to look into XML; I've browsed the recent
archives of the sig and poked around in the documentation and web sites.

	My specific goal is to start keeping all our documentation in XML,
and have this converted to HTML for human browsing.  I was surprised that I
didn't find a DTD for documentation anywhere.  I thought this would be a
very common application?  Or is there some reason this isn't a good idea?
