[XML-SIG] SAX for 1.6

OK; the best option seems to be creating a saxlib.py that contains the
important classes.  Adding a whole xml/ package is fraught with too
many problems.

Second question, SAX1 or SAX2?  Lars, can you please post a pointer to
your current SAX2 code?
