[XML-SIG] Problems installing sig.

Here is what I get when I try to run PyXML on my red hat 6.2 box: I downloaded 
and untarred http://www.python.org/sigs/xml-sig/files/PyXML-0.5.5.1.tar.gz

It seems to not find libexpat.so, which I thought was one of the packages it
was trying to install in the first place. 

Is there anything I am doing wrong?
