[XML-SIG] CVS tree moved to SourceForge

The XML-SIG's CVS tree has now moved to SourceForge, making it much
easier to add new developers to the project.  I'm going to update the
relevant Web pages later today with the new checkout instructions; see
http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=6473

For now, I'd just like to get the SourceForge IDs of people who want
check-in privileges; please register at www.sourceforge.net if you
don't already have an ID, and then mail me your ID.  Greg Stein and
Fred Drake have already been added.
