[XML-SIG] FileReader?

I feel like this is a terribly stupid question, but I can't seen to
figure out where I should be looking.

Where is the xml.dom.util module?  Is it supposed to be part of PyXML?
I've checked the latest source distro and CVS, but I can't locate it.
Most of the example code seems to depend on it, so if anyone could
point me to the source, I'd appreciate it.
