[XML-SIG] Problem with duplicate _main

We link all of xmlfile.c, xmlwf.c, codepage.c, and unixfilemap.c into
pyexpat.so, and use quite some code to figure out which filemap.c to
use. It seems that they can all be removed from setup.py.

I would prefer to ship Expat as-is, as far as possible, even if that
means that some unused files are distributed. I will remove them from
setup.py, though.
