Summary: Xslt and empty prefixes

Initial Comment:
This patch corrects some problems with XSLT and empty
prefixes (None vs '' battle).
It uses a constant EMPTY_NAMESPACE defined in
xml.dom.__init__ (and Ft.__init__) to easily maintains
the code.
