[XML-SIG] SAX API clarifications

| That stinks.  We haven't been having problems with it most of the

It may be something to do with my setup. I've had this problem since
Friday evening, and it's still there. It's consistent in Opera,
Mozilla, Netscape, wget, Lynx, w3m, and when using telnet manually.
The server receives my request, hesitates a little, then closes the
connection without sending anything at all back.

Is nobody else seeing this?
