I have tried to handle feature_namespaces, feature_namespace_prefixes,
property_lexical_handler and property_decl_handler, so it call CDATA and
comment callbacks. Note that as property_decl_handler isn't yet fully
supported (pyexpat doesn't support it, so python dom implementations
doesn't have correct DTD information and entity declaration or I missed
something) I haven't been able to test it.
