[XML-SIG] ANN: SLiP and SLIDE - a quick XML shorthand syntax and tool for editing

If you two are in, I'd enjoy dedicating some time to it. It sounds like
there is enough interest in shorthand XMLs that would be a very worthwhile
exercise. Give me a day or two to do a little more research and finish
fixing a few of the early bugs in SLIDE and I'll be ready to roll.
