0.12.0 workd with PyXML 0.7.  Also, with 0.12.0, PyXML is not required.

With 0.12.0, the xml.xslt package is no longer there (unless you install
it through PyXML).  In 4Suite, it is now in Ft.Xml.Xslt.*
