[XML-SIG] WSDL library ?

There is a SOAP issue that XML Schema can't really describe SOAP RPC 
Encoding.  We tell our customers that the Schema defines the datatypes, 
which should be encoded using SOAP RPC.

The schemas are NOT advisory, you can use them as-is to code in 
doc/literal style, or you can use soap rpc encoding and treat the schema 
as a datatype definition.
