[XML-SIG] minidom enhancements progress

Well, I made the mistake of making sure I was using the latest
Load/Save draft before starting to check in my changes to
minidom... Needless to say, the world had changed on my a bit.  ;-)

I've updated my code to support some of the changes, but not all of
them.  This shouldn't be an issue for the actual DOM implementation
itself.

There are a few issues I'm going to bring up on the www-dom list,
hopefully I'll get that email off today.
