Summary: Installer does not find Zope Python

Initial Comment:
I downloaded and ran PyXML-0.7.win32-py2.1.exe, but it 
does not show any installation of Python.  I have 
python 2.1 installed as part of Zope 2.4.2.

Why doesn't it find it?  Is there a way I can force it 
to look in a certian directory?
