[XML-SIG] ann: xvif 0.1.1==Regular Fragmentations test suite+xmlcomp

A short update to mention that I have uploaded the relase 0.1.1 [1] of
xvif [2] which major update is a test suite for Regular Fragmentations
[3] relying on a new XmlComp [4] module implementing a simple but
flexible comparison between documents (the purpose is to get a "yes or
no" answer rather than a diff and you can define if cosmetic details
such as whitespaces, empty text nodes, namespace prefixes or namespace
declarations need to be tested).
