/usr/doc/python2.1-xml/xmlproc/xmlproc.html links are not correct: they
point to files named in a different way that the ones appearing in the
package. For example:

High-level xmlproc documentation. 
is:
file:/usr/doc/python2.1-xml/xmlproc/tutorial.html
should be (if I'm correct):
file:/usr/doc/python2.1-xml/xmlproc/xmlproc_tut.html

It seems to be bad also in python2.2-xml
