[XML-SIG] Dropping Python 1.5 support in PyXML

I'm still using it with Zope, version 2.3.3, which uses Python 1.5.2.  I'm
waiting for one or two more releases to come out before I switch to a newer
Zope with Python 2.x.  But in practice this may not matter since I'm using
it together with 4xslt, and the latest versions of that won't work with
1.5.2 anyway, as I understand it.

I wonder if there are many other Zope users who still need 1.5.2
compatibility.  If there are, they had best let us know soon.
