[XML-SIG] Problems with XML processing

Hi,
       I am new to python and XML.  I need to use python for XML 
processing.  I am familiar with the basics of python.  I have 
python 2.2 installed on my machine.  I have downloaded PyXML and 
installed it as per instructions given in the documentation.  I 
was able to install in without any hitch.

        If I try to run a test program present in the 
documentation I get the following error messages:
