Initial Comment:
Proposed fix for SF bug 609590 -- adds basic 
EntityResolver support to 
xml.sax.drivers2.drv_xmlproc.XmlprocDriver.

Does not support returning an InputSource from 
EntityResolver.resolveEntity.

Sorry this isn't a diff -- I don't have enough time at 
the moment to battle through getting CVS etc set 
up on Windows. diffs from the current CVS head of 
drv_xmlproc.py (which hasn't changed in 14 
months) should be fairly self-evident.
