[XML-SIG] CVS notification message failed

Hi,
I've juste committed some (cosmetic) changes in the man pages of
xmlproc, and the mailing of the notification message failed:
Mailing pyxml-checkins at lists.sourceforge.net...

This is probably not a major problem, though. SMTP server down on sourceforge
or something like that.
