[XML-SIG] ANN: pxdom 1.0 released

Oh yeah, I probably should mention this here. I released pxdom 1.0 [final]
a few days ago. It's a full stand-alone pure-Python DOM Level 3 Core/XML +
Load/Save implementation based on the recently-released W3C Proposed
Recommendations.
